Overview
The GAIN Project Coordinator will manage the coordination and implementation of Global Appraisal of Individual Needs (GAIN) projects, providing both administrative and technical leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of multi-faceted projects from initial consultation to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in social science or a related field, a passion for training, and proven success in managing complex, multi-site implementations. You’ll work closely with the GAIN Projects Manager to meet the needs of various clients and stakeholders while ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance with funding requirements. This full-time position requires travel.

Project Management and Coordination:
- Lead all phases of GAIN project implementation, including initial consultation, training, website setup, and ongoing support services.
- Coordinate and deliver on-site and remote training sessions, including securing trainers, preparing materials, and conducting follow-up with clients.
- Assist with the development of project-specific materials, internal procedure manuals, and support packages to meet client and organizational needs.
Client Support and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing on-site, online, and telephone support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver technical documentation and operational policies, ensuring clients have the resources and support needed for successful project outcomes.
- Conduct independent training and consultation trips as needed, managing all logistics and client interactions.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure project compliance with funding source requirements (e.g., CSAT, state, and federal regulations) by preparing and submitting necessary program plans, reports, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and files for all assigned projects, ensuring smooth communication and reporting between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Train and supervise GCC consultants and other project staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all GAIN projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve services and develop new client materials to meet evolving needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience managing complex, multi-site projects and providing client training.
- Strong ability to develop technical documentation, operational policies, and project procedures.
- Valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance, and the ability to travel as needed.
- Preference given to those with certification as GAIN Administrator and GAIN Local Trainer, with at least one year of experience or equivalent.
- Preference given to those with experience providing on-site and remote customer support for Lighthouse clients or equivalent.
