What Does It Take to Be Qualified?

*Open to all levels of experience - Internship, apprenticeship, newly licensed, experienced and seasoned. 

*Passion for the industry is extremely important

*Roles are separated- Directors and Embalmers  

*Must have good social skills and be able to empathize with families

*Prefers someone Tech Savvy- They are Technologically advanced and a lot of their paper work is electronic documents.

*Ability to show a stable work history

*Ability to create the event for families
