Fund Controller - Unity Search Group

Unity Search has been engaged by growing North Dallas Real Estate Investment firm in its search for a Fund Controller.  Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will oversee a team of 2-3 staff in the performance of accounting, reporting, and finance function for multiple funds, including a variety of different responsibilities such as: fund administration coordination (and working with their 3rd party support), internal and external reporting, cash analysis and planning, investor relations, special projects, etc.  The ideal candidate for this role would have 8-15 years of relevant experience in investment/fund accounting and/or public company experience; CPA strongly preferred.  This role will have a lot of visibility and ability to make an impact!  Salary for this role will depend on experience but will probably fall in the $170K to $190K range + Bonus.
