Job Description:
We are seeking a proven Closer, an Account Executive who has experience running the full cycle sale. You'll be supplied curated leads with decision-makers- your job is to bring them to the finish line. In this role, you will report to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by closing deals with prospective clients in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of construction hiring.
- Close new business deals through effective negotiation and persuasion techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Fulfillment, to ensure client satisfaction and drive product improvements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks.
- Prior experience in construction or related industry sales is a plus.
