Full Stack Java Lead/Architect - ThoughtFocus

We are seeking to hire someone who can handle and manage building the bridge we are talking about. (Java). This is turnkey solution so requires management of a small offshore team, with EXCELLENT architecture and functional solutioning skills. Need Trading experience , someone who can handle offshore teams as well. This is a Fulltime role and would be based out of New York. Please see below and apply!

• Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies
• Extensive technical experience and development expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets,
• Experience in Struts, Webservices, Spring, Hibernate, Java Script, JQuery and AJAX.
• Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and the J2EE framework and data architectures.
• Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
• Hands on experience in Tomcat and Weblogic/Websphere servers
• Develop software by following Agile software development methodology 
• Participate in the validation / acceptance phase of the product cycle ensuring the fine tuning necessary to finalize the product
