Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, with expertise in QuickBooks, and be skilled in managing financial tasks such as bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, accounts payable (AP), and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including maintaining accurate financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely payment processing.
• Process payroll, including tax filings and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with management to analyze financial data and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (certification is a plus).
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, financial statements, AP, and payroll.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: $28 - $35 per hr.
