Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, with expertise in QuickBooks, and be skilled in managing financial tasks such as bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, accounts payable (AP), and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including maintaining accurate financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely payment processing.
- Process payroll, including tax filings and compliance.
- Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with management to analyze financial data and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, financial statements, AP, and payroll.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: $28 - $35 per hr.
