Innovative Tech Company looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Human Resources Administrator with at least 3 years’ experience in the field. Exceptional skills in QuickBooks and Excel are a must! Position requires a self-
motivated, team player with strong organizational and communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
Accounting Duties:

Accounting Duties:
- Perform all A/R, A/P, budgeting functions.
- Produce Accrual Month end close, account reconciliations and adjusting entries.
- Perform all payroll functions, including but not limited to, semi-monthly payroll, Federal and State tax reporting.
- Prepare sales projections/forecasting reports as directed by CEO/CTO.
- Coordinate tax preparation and filings with external CPA firm
- Track contracts, timelines and draw schedules.
- Oversee client financial interactions, including but not limited to, invoicing, billing questions, collections and
- related records maintenance.
- Pay company credit cards and allocate expenses to accounts.
- Generate accurate accrual-based financial reports for corporate oversight in a timely manner
- Serve as the financial liaison between project teams and leadership, providing critical profitability insights.
Administrative Duties:
- Act as Assistant to CEO/CTO, including but not limited to, emails, travel arrangements, scheduling and calendar
- activities.
- Digital and hardcopy file maintenance
- General office duties as directed by CEO/CTO.
HR Duties:
- Function as HR liaison between staff and management to address all HR-related issues in a timely fashion
- Facilitate onboarding process for new employees and off-boarding process for termed employees.
- Assist with hiring process by scheduling interviews and collecting all completed employment documentation.
- Coordinate global hiring and recruitment with the CEO/CTO.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Bachelor’s in accounting/finance preferred), or equivalent experience
- Advanced computer skills (proficiency with Excel and QB software).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Strong financial analysis skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively across all levels.
