Front of House Receptionist/Manager at The Blackstones Collective

The Blackstones Collective is looking for a new front of house receptionist! We are a storied hair salon (read about us in Vogue, WSJ, The NY TImes, Allure, and more!) located in the East Village, offering hair services and an elevated retail experience.

Our receptionists are the pillar of our salon! You will be responsible for booking appointments, performing ring-outs, controlling the tempo/flow of the salon, and establishing clear communication between all moving parts (stylists, apprentices, receptionists) of the salon.

This position will begin in the receptionist role, and following a 90 day evaluation, will become a management role, with a higher, salaried pay rate.

We prefer someone with salon experience, but if not, a background in client facing customer service.

The job is 5 days a week, in-person.
