Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent related work experience or training.
Preferably 2 years Front Desk supervisory skills and hotel/resort operations experience.
Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
Computer skills required.
Strong guest and team member relations skills.
Physical ability to perform tasks that require walking, standing, bending, and occasionally driving a golf cart.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Front Office Manager in our Sedona location, your primary responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all Guest Services departments including, Front Desk, PBX, Bell Staff, Group Rooms Coordinator, and Concierge departments.
Providing visionary and strategic direction to the team.
Monitoring payroll and labor costs, creating department budgets, and effectively controlling expenses.
Implementing and ensuring adherence to service standards for a consistent high-quality guest experience.
Interacting with VIPs, Homeowners, and Group Coordinators as necessary.
Conducting performance reviews and hiring new staff as necessary for the departments.
Acting as Manager on Duty as required, working closely with all departments to ensure luxury service standards are practiced.
