Responsibilities:
- Manage the check-out station: check patients out, set up follow-up appointments, answer phones, schedule patients or procedures, and more.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, resourcefulness, and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Previous front office experience is preferred; medical office experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance and billing procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
