Schedule:

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible schedule from opening to closing. While the position combines part-time stargazing with front desk tasks, we can accommodate a strictly night shift if preferred.

Day-to-Day:

As our Front Desk and Stargazing Agent, you'll seamlessly blend front desk duties with the thrill of stargazing. Your role will involve setting up the front desk, managing guest registrations and payments, assisting with telescope setups, and handling sales through our POS system. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere, guiding guests through their celestial adventures, sharing your knowledge of the stars, and ensuring each stargazing experience is unforgettable. Your day will be a dynamic mix of customer service and cosmic wonder, where your enthusiasm and expertise turn every night into a magical experience for our guests!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work evenings
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passionate about stargazing and enthusiastic about astronomy
• Friendly and professional

Education in hospitality or astronomy is a plus! Previous customer service experience is preferred, particularly in a hotel or resort setting.
