YOUR DAY AS A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you are the face of hospitality and the first point of contact at our lively and gorgeous assisted living facility. You enthusiastically answer calls, organize paperwork, and greet residents and their visitors. With a warm smile and exceptional customer service skills, you always make a great impression!

Other general office duties come your way as well - things like making copies and filing paperwork. Your incredibly nice personality allows you to connect with assisted living residents and provide a welcoming and family-like experience - and you love every minute of it!

Schedule: Sundays 12 pm - 8 pm, Wednesdays 8 am - 4 pm, Saturdays 6 pm - 10 pm.

WORK SCHEDULE

The schedule for this part-time office position is primarily evenings and weekends, with 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm or 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm shifts as the priority. We can occasionally use your help during day shifts to fill in scheduling gaps.
