• Medical background is a plus, but not required.

• Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, checking patients, and maintaining records and accounts.
• Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining the reception area.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
• Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
• The job includes greeting patients for check-in, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, knowledge of health insurance cards/ which ones we accept, and inputting data in our electronic medical record (EMR). Our EMR is e-Clinical Works.
• Enhances health care practice reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• 4 Days 10 hour shifts 40 hours a week.
• We are open 6 days a week M-F 8-6 and Sat 8-4.
• Rotational Saturday shifts required.

• Health after 90 days (includes one free vision exam through health yearly).
• 401K
• BLS training/recertification on-site.
• Influenza Vaccine.
• Two Free in-office appointments once a year. Acute issues only.
