About the Job
We are currently looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organised, communicates well, and possesses a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly demeanour.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar.
- Assist with visitor check-in and registration processes.
- Perform administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
- Manage office supplies inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with multi-line phone systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A positive and professional demeanour with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
