Solara Surfside Resort, located in Surfside, FL, is seeking a Front Desk/Night Auditor Associate. Hiring Immediately, apply today! 

• Compensation: Starting at $16.50/hr for Front desk, $18/hr for Night Audit

• Schedule: Full-Time, 3 day shifts (7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm) & 2 overnight shifts ( 11pm to 7am), includes a weekend shift

As a Front Desk Associate, you are what makes the guest’s experience one that is filled with surprise and delight, by serving as our guests’ first point of contact and managing all aspects of their accommodation. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting, check-in/check-out services, providing room details and delivering an outstanding guest experience. As a  Night Auditor you will also reconcile all accounts and process invoices. You will be accountable for the accurate balances of the front desk cash drawers and reporting discrepancies to resort accounting/ management along with any explanation of these discrepancies 

POSITION DETAILS:  

• Prior guest service or front desk in a hotel or resort experience preferred   
• You have an outgoing personality and excellent service orientation  
• You can prioritize your work, manage your time and can work quickly without compromising quality  
• You have basic computer skills
