Front Desk Coordinator - Ferraro Spine and Rehabilitation

Ferraro Spine and Rehabilitation is a multi-disciplinary outpatient medical practice committed to helping patients live without pain and move better than yesterday. Based in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, FSR has served the community for over 27 years.

As Front Desk Coordinator, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer care to patients, referrals, and physicians
• Maintain a multi-faceted appointment schedule across the practice
• Manage multi-line phone system and relay messages as needed
• Participate in day-to-day practice management, including processing payments and communicating with patients, physicians, and all other third parties
• Obtain information from patients and register in our integrated practice management system
• Track productivity, referral sources, and cancellations in associated logs
• Accept additional tasks as assigned
• Support the growth of the practice

• Can multi-task in a fast-paced, energetic medical office environment
• Are powerful communicators and effective listeners
• Are organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Are capable of taking in new information and processing it accordingly.
• Innate customer service skills
• Have a working knowledge of health insurance and the pre-certification process
