What you’ll be doing

1. Smile and make eye contact with guests
2. Make and confirm guest reservations
3. Get information to improve the guest experience
4. Efficiently multi-task
5. Answer phones and respond to questions
6. Check guests in and out;
7. Suggest and provide directions to area attractions
8. Promote company restaurants, bakeries, shops

Skills you’ll bring along

1. High School education required
2. Conflict resolution skills required
3. Great communication skills
4. Ability to learn and use software program to process orders and create guest checks
5. Ability to empathize with guests and take sincere interest in his/her specific circumstance

Job Type

1. Part-time with potential to move to full-time position
2. This is an evening position
3. Work rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
4. On-the-job training provided
