About the Role:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and answering any questions they may have. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer systems and software
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Fluency in a second language
• Experience with hotel management software

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in guests, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and accurately entered into the system
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist guests with check-out, ensuring all charges are accurate and processed efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including stocking supplies and keeping the area tidy
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and exceeded
