Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing check-ins and check-outs. Handling all guest inquiries and reguests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Service:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide information about hotel services and amenities
2. Check-in/ check-outs
- Proceed guest check-in and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
3. Reservation Management:
- manage room reservations and assignments
- Update and maintain accurate guest information and records
4. Communication:
- Communicate guests needs to housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Provide information about local attractions and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or hospitality experience
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software.
