As the Front Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in bringing our vision to life by creating distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically welcome our guests, anticipate their needs, assist them with check in and check out, and respond promptly with your personal spirit, however busy and whatever time of day.
- Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that can relate to guests and associates.
- Utilize the freedom to go beyond to take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.
- Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home.
- Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests’ needs are being met.
- Enjoy multi-tasking at a fast pace while having an impeccable eye for detail l to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Previous experience in customer service required.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Should be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus. Must be capable of answering phones and using a computer.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to indoor working environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Hourly wage: $20/hr.
This role will be open through 9/31/24 or until the position has been filled.
