Front Desk Administrator - Springborn Staffing

Our Client, a top Financial Services Company, is seeking a poised and professional Front Desk Administrator for its Westbrook, ME location. This is a contract role likely to last at least three months but with a strong possibility to convert into a perm role for the right candidate. This is a great company, small enough to easily make connections, but large enough for there to be opportunities for growth down the road.

Basic Duties and Requirements Include:

Duties:

• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly manner and direct as appropriate.
• Greet all guests, making them feel welcome and at home.
• Help support staff with scheduling needs, client visits and company events.
• Decorate offices for holidays and events.
• Keep front desk area and lobby clean and organized.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required. BA preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a front office admin role.
• Experience with basic software including the MS Office Suite.
• Some experience scheduling and planning events preferred.
