Job Summary:
Essential Job Functions:
- Communicate with affiliate SRA teams on safety and regulatory issues
- Lead supplier communication on requests for new/ updated safety/regulatory information
- Project Management
- Manage data requests for the ONE-T system
- Customer
- Fragrance Codes
- Participate in development of new Global SRA system and lead RM data analyses
- Serve as backup for WERCs data administrator
- Maintain and update global regulatory database (T-Check)
- Implement new and maintain current customer safety and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for all international affiliates with regulatory and database questions.
- Take part in future development of replacement systems for Document management and Regulatory checking.
- Special projects as assigned by the supervisor
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a science (e.g. toxicology, biology, chemistry or related)
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in regulatory or product safety, preferably in fragrance industry.
Competencies: Good communication skills. Computer literate; working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
