About This Job:
As Network Right’s first Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle; including prospecting, engaging with and helping potential clients evaluate our services, building credibility, creating proposals, and closing clients and revenue. As this is the first Network Right Sales hire, there is an opportunity for this role to grow into a Sales leadership function.
This is an onsite position in San Francisco (4 days/week).
What You’ll Do:
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals by closing new business
- ?Drive revenue and own the full cycle sales process including prospecting new leads, navigating the C-suite and business line owners, negotiating contracts.
- Work closely with the business development and marketing team - providing constructive and actionable feedback to the team to improve pipeline generation
- Perform discovery to deeply understand your target customers' business challenges and how to position Network Right as the solution.
- Build relationships with VP & C-Suite prospects in order to methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline
- Act as the subject matter expert on Network Right’s suite of product offerings..
About You:
- 3+ years of experience working in sales, ideally in a fast-paced & dynamic startup environment.
- Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
- Track record of working independently in previous roles and sound decision making without much direction.
- Experience selling multiple types of services (MSP/VAR/SaaS/etc.)
- IT services/solutions sales experience and knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, self-starter, collaborative, and adaptable in an ever-changing field.
This position offers an expected OTE of $160,000-200,000+, with a 50/50 split between base salary and commissions.
