As a Forklift Mechanic, you'll get the chance to work independently, traveling to customer sites within a 40-mile radius, while receiving full support to excel in your role.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Forklift Mechanic position include:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a forklift dealer or 5 years as a forklift maintenance tech.
• Diagnose, adjust, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment like forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom equipment.
• Perform planned maintenance and overhaul to ensure operating efficiency.
• Troubleshoot operating errors, determine maintenance needs, and use technical drawings to perform repairs.
• Utilize hoists and hand tools to dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment.
• Perform routine lubrication, cleaning, and testing of equipment to meet manufacturer standards.
• Must have a clean DMV record and provide basic hand tools; special tools will be supplied as needed.

Salary: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
