Job Summary: The Asphalt Foreman will oversee asphalt paving and maintenance projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of asphalt paving and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision:
- Manage and supervise asphalt paving and maintenance crews on job sites.
- Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily activities and tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Quality Control:
- Inspect work progress and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet project standards.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools.

Safety Management:
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections.

Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project.

Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, time sheets, and material usage.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt paving and maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
