is currently seeking a Florida Key Account Manager to join our Corporate - Business Development Team at our office in Miami, FL.
The Key Account Manager can work a hybrid schedule.
Some travel may be necessary within Florida.YOUR IMPACTCHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services.
These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.The Florida Key Account Manager (FKAM) is the full-time Client Advocate for a group of assigned tier clients and has ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the clients are elated and that we grow each account to the maximum extent possible.
The objective is to grow each account deeper for the services we currently offer and more broadly within the client's organization so as to expand the services we provide the client.
This professional in this role will be responsible for all aspects of their assigned accounts, including establishing well-developed account plans and strategies to achieve short and long-term growth, achieving annual bookings targets, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
This position will primarily focus on growing Florida Department of Transportation District clients and Miami area municipal clients. At CHA, you can build a career and find your passion across our diverse business lines and project teams.
