Flooring Opeerations Manager at GPAC

This position reports directly to the General Manager and works in conjunction with all positions within the Operations department as well as the Accounting Manager, Commercial Sales Manager, and Retail Sales Manager. This is a hands-on position whose required duties and skills include, but are not limited to:

Duties / Responsibilities:

Direct management of the following positions:

• Warehouse Manager

• Service Manager

• Scheduling Coordinator

• Purchasing/Merchandising

• Field Supervisors

• Installation / Fabrication Lead

Managing the above positions as it relates to:

• Exemplify and promote company Core Values

• Run weekly team meetings

• Subcontractors (Installers):

o Hire

o Manage

o Pay

• Inventory Management:

o Purchasing

o Claims

o Cycle Counts

o Annual Physical Inventory

• Order Processing:

o Scheduling

o Staging

o Monitor Production

• Facilities/Equipment:

o Facilities Maintenance

o Equipment Maintenance

• Human Resources:

o Recruit

o Train

o Manage
