Your Mission: Complete work orders, heavy cleaning, and set up and take down for functions for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be able to have effective verbal communications with residents and interact with them.
- Complete all work orders or contact residents to set up appointment to complete work orders.
- Cooperate with and assist other custodians and housekeepers in any area of the facility.
- Be available on regular basis for on-call emergencies and be willing to respond.
- Maintain all carpets in all public areas to include hallways and lobbies.
- Vacuuming and shampooing as required.
- Maintaining all carpeted and tile flooring throughout the buildings.
- Assist residents and staff with the movement of items when necessary.
- Clean patios as directed.
- Clean and check all public restrooms on a daily basis.
- Burnish the floors as directed by the manager.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with carpet cleaning machinery and marble floor care required.
- Possess current or has the ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
