Thisfull-time position will primarily be based in Michigan City, IN, but will alsocover time off at our other five locations as needed. The ideal candidate willbe skilled in providing high-quality dental care and have strong leadershipabilities to supervise Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists. Additionally,the Float Dentist will work closely with other dental providers and the ChiefDental Officer to ensure the delivery of patient-centered care.

Requirements:
- Doctorof Dental Surgery or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from an accreditedinstitution.
- Activeand unrestricted Indiana dental license.
- Atleast 1 year of experience in a not-for-profit environment is highly preferred,but not required.
- Strongorganizational and time management skills.
- Provenability to work well within a team environment.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
- Abilityto remain flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and clinic needs.
- Knowledgeand application of relevant dental laws and regulations.
- Experiencein a community health or non-profit setting.
- Bilingual(Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
