Job Title: Fleet Operations Business Analyst
Location : 100% Remote (Pacific Time Zone)
Duration : 18 months contract
Pay Range : $20.00 - $22.00 USD hourly on W2

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
" Administration of fleet program services including toll, fuel, collision, and violations reimbursement programs.
" Onboard and off-board of fleet drivers, field, and campus-based employees, including third-party closeouts.
" Utilize strong analytical skills and financial acumen to collect, interpret, and report on data related to fleet operations, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
" Communicate effectively, providing detailed fleet performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
" Implement and maintain fleet policies and procedures.
" Ensure the accuracy of the fleet vendor database, including periodic vehicle inventory audits and compliance with driver/secondary driver eligibility requirements.
" Assist the Fleet Manager with budget tracking and expense management activities related to fleet operations.
" Foster strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
" Perform additional duties as assigned by the Fleet Operations Manager.

Qualifications
" Proven experience as a business or operations analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
" Knowledge of fleet operations and management is preferred.
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
" Excellent communication and report writing skills.
" Strong attention to detail.
" Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
