American Heritage Credit Union, a $4.9+ billion credit union, has an immediate opening Fintech Lending Operations and Servicing Coordinator.
This position will Assist the Lending Analytics and Loan Portfolio Supervisor with overseeing the Fintech Lending operations of the credit union. Provide analyses of credit union operations with emphasis on the Fintech loan portfolio data. Serve as a key contributor in the credit union's Fintech Lending department by assisting with planning, preparation, and execution of funding and day-to-day tasks. Review aggregate loan data and organize reports to be presented to management.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assist the Lending Analytics and Loan Portfolio Supervisor with the day-to-day operations of the Fintech Lending department, including supporting the Audit and Servicing representatives.
- Monitoring delinquency and Fintech program trends.
- Support the Audit and Servicing Representatives by monitoring Partner findings and funding requests.
- Ensure underwriting standards are being met for each Fintech program.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis of Fintech lending.
- Ensure that accounts payable for third-party vendors are up to date and properly recorded.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly loan origination, production, and portfolio reports for the Fintech department including but not limited to daily loan volume and projections, budget comparisons, Partner volume and statistics, delinquency and charge-offs, portfolio profitability, risk assessments, and other ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Maintain Partner and vendor SFTP/shared sites and data files.
- Ensure all loan documents and data files are organized and managed properly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all Fintech Partners and vendors.
- Provide support as needed for management including the following: Making preparations for meetings; Preparing letters, memos, and reports to be presented to management; Preparing internal training materials and communications such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Q&As, and matrix relating to Fintech lending products, standards, and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One year to three years of similar or related experience, including consumer underwriting and lending experience.
- Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of lending practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret small and large data sets.
- Must have in-depth knowledge and be forward-thinking regarding technology.
- Prior Excel experience encompassing use of complex functions, pivot tables, charts, and spreadsheet formatting.
