$110,000 - $125,000 + Bonus

Your Role with the Company:
The General Manager is the face of the restaurant, serving as a role model for the rest of the staff as a leader in hospitality skills and guest service. Your role is to make every guest’s experience an amazing one and no request goes unheeded. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, develop, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest service at all times
- Cultivate and maintain strong guest relationships, especially with regular customers who frequent the restaurant multiple times a week
- Plan, organize, and oversee floor operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service
- Drive team performance through effective delegation and leadership, creating a well-organized and high-functioning restaurant environment
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years as a General Manager for a high-volume ($7M+) fine-dining restaurant with a high focus on hospitality skills
- Minimum 5+ years in restaurant management
- Extensive experience in high-volume fine-dining operations; Michelin experience highly preferred
- Proven financial acumen with a strategic and organized approach to operations
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience, effectively managing large and dynamic teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering relationships and inspiring staff to perform at their best
- Career-focused professional with a dedication to achieving long-term operational goals
- Skilled in delegation and aligning team members to tasks for maximum efficiency
