As a Case Advocate on the Submit Team, you'll be responsible for inputting client information from newly applied for life insurance policies into our administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager or Director.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate studies preferred.
Experience: Customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

- Verifies all documents and information is complete and in good order to input.
- Organizes and prioritizes workload to ensure new applications are processed, set up, and assigned in a timely manner, while maintaining communication to manage expectations appropriately.
- Takes proactive steps to move the process forward, including conducting regular and timely follow-up on cases as needed.
- Continuously looks for ways to expedite and improve our processes and services.
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal partners. Provides assistance/answers questions in a timely manner.
- Processes other similar tasks relative to role.
