Financial Services Representative - Insurance Carrier - Base Salary to 50k/year - Philadelphia, PA

• Our client is a well established insurance agent with 25+ years in the business local to Northern Philadelphia area. Their book of business is over 4,000 right now and they are looking to continue to expand services. In order to expand they need to bring on a new Financial Services Representative that will work with the existing book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Prepare applications, transfer paperwork & agreements
• Review paperwork to ensure documents are complete and submit to custodians, as needed
• Enter client information and data into CRM system.
• Assist clients with online access to view accounts or plans, as well as rollover calls and other transfer-related steps
• Handle client households and prepare any necessary paperwork or agreements in preparation of upcoming meetings

Qualifications:

• Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
• Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
• Sound knowledge of financial legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 50k/year, with a commission/bonus package that should put OTE in YR1 in the 75k - 125k/year range.
