About the Job
One Federal Solution seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Part Time Financial Assistant to join our dynamic Fargo, ND team to support our Federal Government client. As a Financial Assistant, you play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making through data-driven insights, analysis, and as follows:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general financial management and budgetary support.
- Monitor and reviews accounting reports.
- Review invoices and receipts
- Maintain financial records.
- Prepare/arrange auctions.
- Provide support to team members and leaders.
- Utilize software to help build and maintain financial reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Four- year Undergraduate Degree from an accredited University
- 3-5 years of experience in related field
- Public Trust Eligible
- Must be able to commute on-site
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
