- 2+ years of business operations, project management, or strategy experience
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel/ PowerPoint
- Detailed-oriented, with exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Agility and flexibility to pivot and shift to address ad hoc requests or changing priorities
- Ability to work independently with limited general supervision and to effectively prioritize competing demands
Role Description:
- Manage the end-to-end process for Digital Media Platform (DMEP) purchase requisitions, purchase orders, monthly accruals, and invoice approvals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Support DMEPs cultural and brand initiatives including award recognitions and all hands meetings
- Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and improve DMEP processes
