About the Job
Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst for the Creator Shopping Platform, you will closely partner with business leaders and their teams, as well as the Finance team, to support business unit objectives through critical financial planning and analysis services. You'll be embedded in the CSP team, offering strategic support by developing financial models and generating analytical insights to identify trends and evaluate opportunities. Your responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting both Transaction Revenue and Operating Expenses, reporting accurate and timely results, and providing actionable insights. Additionally, you'll drive innovation to improve our planning and forecasting tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CSP Sales team to understand historical performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct profitability/ROI analyses for current and future initiatives to support decision-making.
Assist Corporate Finance and Accounting during the close process to ensure accurate accounting treatment and expense coding.
Source information for sales incentive payments and build accurate and scalable systems, considering efficiency and process improvements.
Prepare presentations and other financial reports for leadership discussions to evaluate various aspects of the business and drive strategic conversations.
Perform financial analysis to identify trends, concerns, and areas for process and reporting improvements.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business unit finance or other similar analytical roles, including detailed financial modeling.
Excellent verbal, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills—capable of conveying complex ideas to a diverse audience.
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
Capability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite; SQL experience preferred.
