Responsibilities:Under the Controller, this position will provide reporting to evaluate financial viability of service lines, procedures and other ad hoc requests. Will complete financial and statistical reporting to comply with statutory requirements and support and back-up to the Accounting staff as needed; create and generate reports; and analyze data. The position works with management and department managers to analyze and explain financial data/reports. Duties include accounting and financial functions across facilities within the Region.
Qualifications:EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
2. Five Years in accounting and/or finance, preferably in healthcare
3. Ability, skills, and experience in performing charge, cost, and product analysis and preparing pro-forma statements
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare financial statements
5. Advanced computer skills in spreadsheets, data base management, and report writing
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Works well in a team environment
