About the Job
We are seeking an Financial Advisor for the Investment Center.
This work level is about being accountable for and analyzing each situation, one by one, before determining the appropriate response. Each situation requires a level of analysis of simple cause and effect to determine the best response. This is about diagnosing why a condition exists. The nature of the work is about accumulating data from which to draw conclusions. It involves dealing one-by-one with concrete situations as they arise. It requires the articulation and accumulation of data which are judged significant to the output and a diagnostic judgment based upon linking those data. It involves diagnosing a problem from a multi-factor model. Some judgment regarding optimum multi-variable outcome is necessary.

Highlights:
- Uncover and summarize both the said and the unsaid member needs by actively listening, reviewing investment goals, and developing appropriate recommendations
- Communicate information about risks, attributes, features, and benefits of investment products and services
- Provide sensible advice and execute customized solutions to meet member's financial goals, following up with each member to confirm service satisfaction and final investment fulfillment
- Maintain a high level of financial product solution sales by meeting or exceeding monthly solution sales goals
- Participate in Credit Human-sponsored community activities and follow leads generated through those activities, aiming to achieve strategic business partner relationships
- Train member-contact employees on financial products, member solution cross-referring strategies, and financial industry trends
Experience:
Required
- 1-2 year industry related experience
Education:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Licenses & Certifications:
Required
- Current FINRA Series 7 and 63, 65 (combo) or 66 Securities Registration
- State General Lines Life and Health Insurance License
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
