Huntington’s Finance and Strategy (F & S) organization is seeking a Transformation Analyst to join its Finance Transformation Team. The F & S Transformation team is responsible for driving transformation by identifying opportunities to eliminate unnecessary work, streamline processes, and get the right tools in place to support the needs of F & S.
The Transformation Analyst will be responsible for tracking status of and reporting on the Finance Transformation process improvement program. This reporting will cover ideas identified, implementation status and disposition of the benefits created. This role will collaborate with our F & S partners, Executive leadership, and business line functional leadership to ensure reporting is timely and accurate. The Transformation Analyst will also work with the Transformation Manager on process mapping and improvement implementation. The ideal candidate will be analytical and a strong communicator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Track the status of the Finance Transformation process improvement program and creating reporting to be used by F&S leadership.
+ Support the creation of complete and accurate key business process mapping documentation.
+ Build and sustain strong partnerships within lines of business.
+ Participate in the execution of process reengineering and technology initiatives that will increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across F & S.
+ Execute upon realistically ambitious project plans to deliver agreed upon objectives and commitments.
Basic qualifications:
+ Four-year college degree in Finance, IT, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ 5 years of progressive experience.
+ Strong Excel skills.
+ Strong business and technical acumen.
+ Excellent customer and business focus, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
+ Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
+ Ability to multi-task effectively, be a self-starter, deliver to deadlines, and handle stress with composure and professionalism.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience with large scale systems redesign or implementation initiatives.
+ Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, Change Management and Facilitation methodologies.
+ Financial services/banking.

Compensation Range:
$70,000 - $140,000
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
