The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring the Company's fiscal health. This position involves strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting to guide informed decision-making. The Finance Manager will lead a team, manage budgets, analyze financial data, and collaborate across departments to drive growth and profitability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with organizational goals Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and provide variance analysis Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Create accurate financial forecasts and models to support strategic planning Generate comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support Continuously improve financial processes for efficiency and accuracy Provide informed recommendations to senior management for business growth Utilize financial software systems for data management and analysis Provides input & contributes to small business best practices Prepares audit information for workers compensation and 401K benefits Works with CPA to prepare company taxes Forecasting as needed Creates meaningful reports, analyzes metrics and provides recommendations based on data Reports to the VP, Operations & Strategy Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or 2 years of experience plus education Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management Knowledge of States Taxes for employees Excellent communication and leadership abilities Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $120,000 - $156,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
