Job Summary:

The Finance Manager, Corporate FP A is responsible for providing financial insights to senior corporate management by analyzing financial trends that impact the business. This role is part of the FP A team and will be located on-site at our Port Washington, NY office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial insight to CFO and senior leaders by performing variance and trend analyses, including monthly results, forecasts, and budgets

• Prepare and analyze financial trends impacting the business, including external competitors and market dynamics

• Compile global budgets and forecasts and lead the development and maintenance of supporting reporting, templates, and guidance

• Support the monthly close process, including managing centralized OneStream processes

• Lead global functional business partnering, providing financial insight and helping leaders ensure the efficient deployment of costs

• Support the enhancement of processes and development of key financial and operational metrics, dashboards, and reports to improve efficiency and analytical capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field

• Experience in operational and P L analysis, and business partnering with operations to improve business performance

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with partners, understand key business drivers, develop recommendations, and implement actions to improve business results

• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to manage large data sets and communicate findings clearly to all levels of management

• Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial modeling

• Experience with Oracle, HFM, Hyperion Planning required

• Advanced PowerPoint skills for preparing presentations for senior management

• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload

• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills

• Self-starter with high energy, eager to learn and grow

• Excellent written communication and presentation skills for various levels of the organization

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, including experience in industry and familiarity with consolidation areas
