We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our business, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consolidation, cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, forecasting, operational expenditure (OpEx), and capital expenditure (CapEx). You will also be expected to have a strong familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP. This is a permanent, full-time position that demands a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
As our Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Leading the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
2. Managing the consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of business results.
3. Overseeing cost accounting and manufacturing accounting procedures, and ensuring they are in line with industry standards and company policies.
4. Developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and understanding key business drivers.
5. Managing operational and capital expenditure, ensuring all investments are financially viable and align with the company's strategic objectives.
6. Working closely with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
7. Implementing and managing the company's ERP system (SAP), ensuring its effective use for financial management and reporting.
8. Providing leadership and support to the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
9. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. A minimum of five years' experience in a similar role within the Tech Services industry.
2. Proven experience in FP&A, consolidation, cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, forecasting, OpEx, and CapEx.
3. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
4. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (such as CFA, CPA) would be advantageous.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
8. High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational skills.
9. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
