Position: Financial Leader

Schedule: On-site

The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization from a financial operations perspective. They will manage a growing team and report to leadership on a daily basis. This role will oversee finance & accounting for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial operations, including a small but growing team
• Experience with scaling an operation is a plus
• Work with department leaders to scale the operation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Must have construction/real estate development experience
• Must have team management and development experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability and desire to working in a scaling yet established business
