Finance Director Wanted
The Borough of Hollidaysburg is seeking a Finance Director. B. S. in Accounting or Finance and at least five (5) years management experience in a local government setting preferred. Hands on general ledger accounting in a multi-fund local government environment. Governmental accounting knowledge; financial statement preparation skills. Knowledge of grant accounting and Federal Single Audit requirements budgeting, planning and effective expense management. Position is responsible for management of the finance office (including accounting, debt management, utility billing, data processing and related accounting functions). Successful background check and ability to bond required. Salary dependent on qualifications.
