About the Job
Field Service Technician
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on pharmacy automation systems.
- Install and set up new machines, coordinating with other professionals to ensure seamless operation.
- Provide user training on system operation and basic maintenance.
- Conduct performance checks, quality control, and routine service visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks, including service reports and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; Bachelor's in Engineering or Electronics is a plus.
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or similar engineering fields; 1-3 years of field service experience preferred.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams; strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 70%, and work on-call, including weekends and holidays.
The salary is $47,500 plus overtime.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., without current or future requirements for sponsorship of an employment-based visa status.
