Opportunity to work for a rapidly-growing manufacturer, with a global presence! Our client, a leader in the fuel cell industry, is seeking an Electro-mechanical Service Technician to join its team!
This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity! Full benefit package, and $5K sign-on bonus eligible!
Day-to-day, the Electro-mechanical Service Tech will:

- Pay Rate: $24/hr.
- Eligible for $5k sign on bonus

- Hours: 2nd shift: 12pm to 8:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday
- **Must be available to cover other hours/schedule as needed**
- Onsite in Monroe, GA
- Candidates must be open to local travel; valid Driver’s License required
Day-to-day, the Electro-mechanical Service Tech will:
- Maintain and service fuel cells at a designated customer site.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment at a specific location.
- Perform specialized service procedures, including field retrofits and software and hardware upgrades to existing fuel cells.
- Purchase tools, equipment, and parts for customer service and support as required.
- Troubleshoot and maintain high-pressure hydrogen storage, delivery and fueling systems.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customer personnel hydrogen suppliers regarding aftermarket support of fuel cells.
- Provide regular feedback to regional service representatives regarding fuel cell performance and field maintenance issues.
- Complete administrative duties documentation (incident reports, service logs, inventory maintenance and site and system documentation).
- Exhibit and enforce safety procedures in the field or customer sites.
- Travel as required for business needs; drive safely and to adhere to all traffic laws
- Provide emergency support service to customers as required.
- Represent company in a professional manner at all times and in all interactions
- A HS Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- A valid driver license, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to clear requirements for background, drug screen, and DMV trace
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on regular basis unassisted
- General mechanical aptitude
- Computer and software systems skills
- Dynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels
- Punctual and reliable
- Must provide own standard set of tools, specific fuel cell tools to be provided by Company
