POSITION SUMMARY
Hart Passivation is a leading contractor specializing in chemical cleaning and passivation solutions, primarily servicing the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Our expertise lies in executing precise chemical processes on new high-purity piping systems and equipment, serving as a pivotal step before FDA validation and deployment. We also provide preventative maintenance cleaning for existing systems crucial to drug manufacturing.
Our approach involves installing pumps, tanks, hoses, and other necessary equipment at client plants to circulate meticulously designed chemical solutions throughout specific systems or equipment, such as purified water systems, ensuring optimal cleanliness. We strictly adhere to industry regulations and specifications throughout all phases of our work.
Upon project completion, all supplied equipment is disconnected from the system, loaded onto our trucks, ensuring its efficient transportation away, guaranteeing a seamless end-to-end process, documenting every activity.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work under supervision preparing equipment and materials for transport to customer sites.
- Assist in equipment setup as directed by supervisor
- Learn and assist in chemical work, mechanical polishing, and electro-polishing
- Progress from observation to participation in duties under supervision
- Assist in equipment disconnection and truck loading upon job completion
- Handle hazardous materials after receiving required training
- Gain proficiency in equipment operation and routine maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop area
- Familiarize with job-related documentation and procedures for completion

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Frequent overtime and weekends required
- HS Diploma
- Candidate must pass a DOT physical to obtain a valid medical certification
- Travel durations may extend to a week or more (All expenses paid)
- Ability to lift equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Good mechanical aptitude; plumbing experience helpful
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and effective communication in English
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (motor vehicle check will be conducted)
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle containing hazardous materials per federal law, U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
