Standard Office Systems of Atlanta, a Flex Technology Group company, is hiring a Printer/Copier Field Technician for the Metro Atlanta and surrounding area in GA.

Your Responsibilities:
- Triage all printer/copier calls from clients.
- Troubleshoot and fix copiers/printers in an assigned geographic area.
- Manage service delivery for assigned accounts, addressing escalations as needed.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and supervisors by opening tickets and escalating calls when required.
- Provide accurate feedback with call close information, part usage reporting, and customer meter readings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and end users.
Your Qualifications:
- Technical expertise in Color/Black-White MFPs with Ricoh, Canon, Sharp and other brands preferred.
- A positive professional demeanor with a team spirit
- Must possess excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and fixing things.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications and desktop technology.
- Must be at least 21 years old or older with a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence.
