Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience)

About the Role

Our client, a leader in CNC machine services, is actively seeking four skilled Field Service Technicians to join their team across multiple locations. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines, particularly Citizen and Miyano models, ensuring optimal performance and providing top-tier customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Service: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines.
• Component Replacement: Handle replacement of ball screws, motors, and spindles as necessary.
• Diagnostics: Utilize ladder diagrams and control diagnostics for troubleshooting and machine adjustments.
• Customer Support: Provide remote support for troubleshooting and in-person demonstrations.
• Machine Integration: Align bar feed units and conduct initial run-offs to verify machine readiness.
• Travel: Post-training, travel up to 40% within an assigned region.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years of CNC machine tooling and repair experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in geometry, ladder diagrams, and diagnostic controls.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, customer service focus, and self-sufficiency.
• Additional Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office; clean driving record and own vehicle for travel.
